If you don't like the product or it is not what you had imagined, no problem. We do the exchange or refund for you. The selection process of our suppliers is very rigorous, prioritizing the satisfaction of our customers. All Mimoo Toys items are screened prior to shipment. However, if your product arrives with open or damaged packaging, or a damaged product, or a product that does not comply with the order or lack of accessories, refuse to receive it and contact our team via email.
If there is a need to exchange or return any product, before sending it back, communicate the fact to our service team via email.
Defective Product Return
The product must be returned in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by all accessories, invoice, manuals and warranty term (if applicable). In case of exchanges due to defective products, the costs of returning and reshipping products will be borne by the store, provided that the defect is duly proven. We will carry out an inspection to assess the defect or manufacturing defect. If no defect or defect is found in the product, we will send the same product to the customer's address, and the customer must bear the shipping costs for the reshipment.
Return for Convenience
In case of exchange for the customer's convenience, Mimoo Toys is not obliged to bear the freight costs, unless there is a defect as mentioned above. Products sold on order are requested from the manufacturer to meet the customer's needs only and exclusively, for this reason we cannot make exchanges or accept returns.
Return for Regret/Withdrawal
As provided for in the Consumer Defense Code, it is the customer's right to withdraw from a product up to 07 (seven) days after receiving it. To exercise this right, the following conditions must be observed. The withdrawal must occur within a period of up to 07 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product.
Return of Values
If there is a need for a refund, it will be done in the same way as chosen in the payment process for the initial purchase. Credit card: for purchases made with a credit card, the refund of the total or partial amount, as the case may be, will be made through a chargeback on the credit card within the contractual period signed with the card company.
